Many former mambers of the Message Masters club use their newfound confidence and ability in public speaking to make a difference in the world. Some are lawyers, real estate egents, entrepreneurs, inventors, public servants, authors, and even computer professionals. Engineers CAN speak!
This month, we feature Faye Sonier. Faye is a Legal Counsel for the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada (EFC), where she focuses on religious freedom in Canada, the sanctity of human life, including fetal rights, abortion, euthanasia, assisted suicide, genetic technologies, and reproductive technologies. She appeared on television and radio and is regularly published in The National Post, The Globe and Mail, The Montreal Gazette, The Vancouver Sun, The Regina Leader-Post, ChristianWeek, and The Christian Post.
In May 2011, Faye spoke to thousands on Parliament Hill, Ottawa in support of the National March for Life.
The next video is far more relaxed, appealing to students to become interns at the EFC.
In this video, Faye interviews one of those intern students, Kent Cornelson
In these three videos, we saw three different speaking styles: oratorical, conversational, and interviewing.
Like Faye, you too can develop the confidence and ability to make a difference in the lives of others at work and in your community.
